1. Type of door: frameless door or framed door
- You need glass clamps for frameless glass doors. We have two types of glass clamps: short and long.. Glass clamps are an optional accessory.
- For framed doors, such as wooden or stainless steel doors, you need aluminum alloy sheets to fix the door and connect it to the hanger.
2. Size of doors
- Please tell us the width of your door so we can give you the correct size.
- The length of the aluminum alloy rail can be customized according to the width of your doors. The rail can be cut, and each piece can be up to 210cm (max.) long according to Air Express’s requirements.

The door body doesn’t move
- Reason Inspection: Power is not on, Foreign matters on the rail, Automatic protection, Door is locked
- Inspection: Check the power cable, check the power switch, turn off the power, and push the door by hand to see if the door moves smoothly. Check if there is any obstacle on the way, Check if there is an external lock
The door can’t be fully opened
- Reason Inspection: Half-open mode
- Inspection: Check if it’s set to half-open mode.
The door can’t be closed./ Door operates abnormally
- Reason Inspection: Sensor misoperation, Short-circuit of control signal line, Microwave interference source around the door Continuous operation of the safe beam
- Inspection: Check for continuously moving items within the sensing range. Disconnect the signal line and see if it worked. Check the microwave interference source. Confirm whether the safe beams are covered by dirt. Confirm whether the safe beams deviate from the right angle
The door does not smoothly
