MR TECH offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (India only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. In addition, you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page, you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution. In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the MR TECH online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
  • If you bought something from a business to be delivered, it’s the seller’s responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you.
  • If the seller used a courier, they should chase the courier to find out what’s happened to your order – it’s not your responsibility.
  • Check the delivery address you gave the seller. Then contact them and ask where your order is.
  • If the seller claims they’ve delivered it or don’t know where it is, you can ask for a redelivery. You might be able to get a refund in some circumstances.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
  • We only deliver Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on public holidays.
  • You can see your expected delivery date in My Orders, you can also track it online from My Orders.
Do you deliver to my postcode?

We now deliver to most cities nationwide however please feel free to check by entering your postcode and signing up here. If an account can be created, it means we deliver to your region!

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Limited Availability: Not all products are eligible for next-day delivery. Customers may have to place their orders by a certain time or choose a different shipping option if next-day delivery is unavailable.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

If a shipment requires, either an indirect, direct or adult signature, and a delivery attempt is made, but no one is there to sign for the package, the driver will leave a door tag at the recipient’s door. If no signature is required, the shipment will be left at the recipient’s door

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary cost arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 15 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 15 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 15 days after the day on which we informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

we will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than 15 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you suspect that your item is faulty, please call us on 9500454183 as you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. You will need to arrange to send the item back to us (at your expense) for testing before a decision is made. You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionating of the goods.

 

Faulty Goods & Warranty Returns

Warranty goods are returned to base. If an item is considered a warranty it is returned to us for inspection, we retain to right to repair the goods if possible or return the goods to the manufacturer for further investigation. All genuine warranty cases will be dealt with swiftly and replacements sent out at no extra cost. The warranty covers the repair and cost of replacement parts only, we do not accept claims for compensation, traveling, or fitting costs. Gate Auto are agent for various manufacturers any additional claims must be made directly to the manufacturer.
