A motorized Bioclimatic pergola with a louvered roof will extend your indoor living space to a patio or deck. The louvers in the roof rotate up to 120 degrees, allowing you to control the amount of shade and sun with the touch of a button. Made from aircraft-grade extruded aluminum, they are built to withstand high winds and heavy snow loads.
How does the drainage system work in the pergola?
- At 0º: Louvers are designed such that they will interlock to keep out the water, hot sun, and snow. Deep channels in each louver carry water away to the in-built surrounding gutter.
- At 45º: Tilt the louvers like that, the sun is blocked and the fresh air can flush through the opening gaps.
- With a 105º opening angle, you can still enjoy the sunshine when sunset.
- In the event of rain, our pergola is closed to provide complete protection. Water is channeled away directly through the internal drain hidden inside the post.
